At KENAZ, every order is handled with care and shipped from our fulfillment centre in Gurgaon, Haryana – India, through our trusted logistics partners.

Delivery Timelines

Pan-India Shipping – Within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Experience

Our deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. To ensure a secure handover, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbor to receive your order.

Please note, KENAZ is not responsible for goods once signed and accepted by the recipient, nor for any damage occurring after delivery.

Claims & Support

Any concerns regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our Customer Care team on the day of delivery for resolution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on product type, packaging, and order value. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring complete transparency before payment.
